～ビジネス英語会話（中級）講座～

概要

楽しくビジネス英語を学びましょう！　レベルはTOEIC／TOEIC‐IP 500点以上、英検２級程度以上です。

1. Introductions & Icebreakers　　(ビジネスシーンでの自己紹介）
    Participants will give and listen to business introductions.  They will practice using Icebreakers to make better relations.
　  Ice Breakers → Business Introductions　

2. Small Talk & Sharing Information　　（スモールトークから情報交換へ）
    Participants will exchange small talk through guided activities and practice strategies for sharing information with coworkers and customers.
    Small Talk  → FORD Activity → Information Sharing Strategies

3. Workplace Situations　　（文化・社会の観点からビジネス環境や経験を語る）
    Participants will discuss common situations and their own experiences when working with foreign clients or coworkers.
    Needs Survey Discussion → Cultural Issues →　Social Events

4. Active Listening Role Plays　　（ロールプレイを通してアクティブラーニング）
    Participants will practice communications skills which encourage greater openness and  promote problem solving.
    Repeating → Open-Ended Questions → Avoiding Advice

氏名	Eric Lenhardt 言語コミュニケーション研究センター　特任講師
講師紹介	イェシーバー大学修士課程修了（社会福祉学）認定ソーシャルワーカー　ニューヨーク市で臨床ソーシャルワーカーとしてメンタルヘルスセンターや労働者支援プログラムで勤務した経験がある。
